​Task Description: I am looking for an experienced handyman or contractor to assemble and install a pre-fabricated Purple Leaf 12' x 16' Aluminum Pergola in my backyard. ​Key Details: ​Surface: The pergola will be installed on a concrete patio. ​Assembly: Full assembly of the frame and louvered roof (all parts and hardware provided). ​Anchoring: Critical part of the job. I need help in replacing my current bathtub. I will also like to install a direct-to-stud alcove. It is a small bathroom. I think it could be done on one day or weekend. I have the tools and materials, I just need an extra pair of hands that have some experience doing this. I will be working along side you to get this accomplished.

Large driveway demo and concrete install

Some exterior wood on enclosed patio has been damaged from rain. Need damaged wood replaced due to wood rot. Owner will complete patching and painting.

Install 7 provided tubular metal safety grab bars on beams to help low-vision senior. 5 are 16" in length, 2 are 36" long. None to be installed in shower or tub. All to be installed with provided wood screws. None will require anchor bolts. Location is a private home.
