Construction and plumbing

In need of a French rococo aristocrat costume (coat / vest / pants preferably, other pieces I can acquire) for a swiftly upcoming event. Not set on a particular design but hoping for blue/teal/white trim and gold accents, although on this I am flexible. Fabric does not have to be of upmost quality so long as the pattern fits the design. The primary issue is that the event was announced with spontaneity so I have to acquire it relatively quickly, but cannot order from premade options as I am a relatively small female seeking a male costume design. I have a limited budget (preferably 200-400$, this can be negotiated if completely unrealistic).
