Here are Steps - Total Time about 2.5 -3 hours 1 Remove Packaging & Check Contents:Carefully unbox the bike, remove all protective coverings, and confirm all parts, tools, charger, and manuals are included. 2 Battery Removal & Safety Prep: Unlock and open the battery compartment lid. Turn the main breaker to the OFF position and disconnect the main waterproof battery cable before removing the battery pack from the frame. This is for safety during assembly and is a good time to charge the battery. 3 Handlebar & Brake Setup: Loosely attach the brake levers and throttle assembly to the handlebars. Secure the handlebars to the direct-mount bar clamp, adjust the angle for comfort, and then tighten the bolts using a cross pattern. 4 Release Suspension: Straddle the bike and compress the front forks using your body weight to release any tension from shipping. 5 Install the Front Wheel: Loosen the fork pinch bolts and remove the axle. Apply a light layer of grease to the axle, install the wheel with the correct spacers, and align the brake rotor with the caliper pads. Slide the axle through and tighten everything securely, ensuring the axle pinch bolts are snug. 6 Mount the Front Fender & Brake Line Bracket: Attach the front fender using the provided bolts (Loctite is often recommended for these bolts). Secure the front brake hose properly using the brake line tab to prevent excess tension or snagging. 7 Foot Peg Installation: Align and install the foot pegs using a 17mm wrench. Ensure they are correctly oriented to fold backward in the event of a crash. 8 Install Display & Connect Wires: Mount the display by aligning the notches. Route the wiring cleanly along the handlebars and frame, using zip ties to manage cables safely. 9 Reinstall the Battery: Carefully slide the battery back into the frame, ensuring no cables are pinched. Reconnect both the main power and communication cables and close the lid.
