Seeking an experienced videographer/photographer to document a community celebration in Sullivan City, marking the completion of improvements at the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge. This event highlights leadership, stewardship, and advocacy advancing public lands access and conservation infrastructure in the region. The selected contractor will capture high-quality visual content to support media outreach, digital storytelling, advocacy, and future campaign efforts. Detailed guidelines for photography, video shot lists, key messaging priorities, and a draft script for video segments will be provided in advance of the event. Scope of Work 1. Photography -Capture 25–30 professionally edited, high-resolution photos -Document community leaders, families, youth, faith leaders, elected officials, and conservation partners -Capture candid community engagement moments and posed leadership portraits -Follow provided shot list and storytelling guidelines 2. Video Capture -Record high-quality footage (with clean audio) for the production of three short-form videos, following a provided script outline and messaging framework: -Event Recap Video (Primary Deliverable – 2-minute reel) edited, polished social media reel summarizing the event

What I need: A reliable person to operate my Sony A7CII (I provide camera + lens) and take lifestyle/portrait photos of me around Austin for ~3 hours; I will direct poses, angles, and settings.
