Secondhand Fashion Selling Assistant (eBay, Vinted, The RealReal & More) I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented selling assistant to help me list and manage secondhand fashion items across multiple resale platforms such as eBay, Vinted, The RealReal, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, or other relevant marketplaces. The role would primarily involve coming to my home to organize, photograph, and prepare listings for clothing, shoes, accessories, and other resale items. I’m looking for someone who has a good eye for styling and presentation, understands resale pricing, and can create professional, attractive listings that help items sell quickly. Responsibilities • Visit my home to sort and organize secondhand items for sale • Take high-quality photos of clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, and other items • Research comparable resale prices and recommend pricing strategies • Write clear, compelling, and accurate product descriptions • Measure items and include sizing/details where necessary • Create and upload listings across platforms such as eBay, Vinted, The RealReal, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, etc. • Ensure listings are optimized with keywords, categories, and tags for visibility • Help identify higher-value or designer items that may perform better on luxury resale platforms • Maintain organized inventory records and item tracking What I’ll Handle • I will maintain ownership and access to all resale platform accounts • I’ll manage communication with buyers, offers, shipping, and ongoing account activity after listings are created • I’ll provide the inventory/items and workspace for photography Ideal Candidate • Experience selling on online resale marketplaces • Strong photography and styling skills • Familiarity with fashion brands, luxury resale, and pricing trends • Organized, trustworthy, and efficient • Comfortable working independently in a home setting • Bonus if experienced with cross-listing tools or reseller workflows

Local reseller needed for ebay and other various online selling platforms. Inventory will be provided locally. Items will need to be researched, listed & photographed. A predetermined commission percentage will be paid to the reseller upon sale of the item.
