There’s a big palm tree in my courtyard. I hate it and want it gone. I live in a unit which means access is only through the house, which would limit what machinery can be brought in. Open to any suggestions or plans of how to get rid of it. Needs to be disposed of too.

We are looking for an arborist report stating that we can remove this sheoak tree due to risk to property under the Hornsby shire council tree guidelines. Due to the lean on the tree, the large vine strangling the tree and a dead branch hanging directly over the house, we do not want to risk waiting for a lengthy council approval process for a tree permit as we are worried the tree will fall on our house. With an report completed by an arborist holding a Diploma in Arboriculture stating immediate risk to property, we can remove the tree and retrospectively provide the paperwork to council. I have 5 tall Cocos Palms so I need someone to climb them and cut off all seed pods and the lower lying branches. There are 15-17 pods so maybe 3-4 on each palm. I also need a few of the larger pods to be cut in half so I can carry them to my skip bin. I only have skip bin for a little while longer so need this job done ASAP preferably. Thanks!

2 stumps need removing, nil access issues as they are within 3 meters from street road.

Clear 3.5 metres diameter area. Area includes Old gumtree stump covered in ivy approximately 70cm high by 70-80cm in diameter needs to be removed entirely and surrounding approximately 3.5metres in diameter. I’ll remove agave plants, logs and sandstone rocks.
