2 small stumps to be removed in a townhouse complex - only 1 m clearance to the area

I need a Jacaranda tree fully removed including stump, and I need a leopard tree trimmed. The Jacaranda tree is at the front of the property with easy access, estimated about 6m tall. The leopard tree is in the backyard and only needs 2 or 3 branches trimmed back. There is side access to the backyard.

I have about 6 big trees need to take them off

Remove 2 large golden canes and stump grind them. Prune 2 remaining large golden canes and a spiky palm tree. Tidy up rest of garden bed behind pool, remove excess top soil and dispose of all debris.

Hi guys, I have 2 spikey palm trees cut up already as well as well as some extra greenery to take to dump and would like it done before christmas. I added a photo of same kind of tree still up right to get an idea of how big they were as well. We will be doing more after Christmas as well.
