Remove tree stumps out of my backyard

I need someone to please remove these plants and tree stumps and roots as much as possible. So that they can’t grow back. I have cut them down as much as I can, but I don’t have a chainsaw or pic, which is what I assume you will need. Thank you!

Please see the photos provided. The long dead palm tree need to be cut down to the stump. All plant stems cut and roots removed. The Palm tree has been eaten out but termites and so is brittle and will be easy to cut via chain saw. The plants were poisoned long ago and so are mostly dead.
