What does a tree removal service include?

Tree removal
Need gum tree removal, palm tree removal, or another type of tree moved or removed? Tree removal is often considered a last resort in tree maintenance, and will usually only be done if other maintenance options aren’t suitable. A tree may need to be removed if it’s causing safety concerns, is diseased or dying, or causing damage to structures or underground pipes on your property. Your tree removalist may use a truck, a cherry picker, ladders, chainsaws, and even experienced tree climbers to help take the tree down and remove it from your yard.
Tree lopping
Tree lopping removes parts of a tree rather than removing the whole tree. In some cases, there may be large sections of the tree that have been damaged in a storm or bad weather. Or perhaps the tree is growing in a way that will obstruct power lines and other services. Most tree loppers will use a ladder, a chainsaw, and a pruning saw to remove the parts needed, before mulching or removing the leaves and branches. Note that it’s important to seek specialist advice and only hire an experienced tree lopper as incorrect tree lopping can cause an otherwise healthy tree to die.
Pruning and maintenance
Gum trees and eucalyptus trees, as well as other tall trees often need pruning and maintenance to ensure they remain at a manageable and safe height. When they’re getting close to roofs and gutters (but especially power lines), it’s time to engage an expert to trim them. Trimming is also important to remove any diseased or dying branches to make sure they don’t fall and cause injury. Depending on the tree and branch size, your tree pruner will use either an electric chainsaw or a pruning saw, along with secateurs to trim back branches.
Stump grinding
Stump grinding is often required after a tree is removed to fully extract the stump or grind it lower than ground level. Your specialist will clear the area and move their stump grinding equipment into place before using the stump grinding blade to gradually bring the stump back below ground level. They’ll then cover it with soil. This is to ensure the tree won’t reshoot and grass can grow over it. Leaving a tree stump in the ground or untouched can attract termites and other pests. Plus, it will always sit in the way of landscaping attempts or leisure activities in your backyard.

Cutting all the plant/trees on the front garden and digging out all the roots(stump grinding) and back fill the holes, and tip run at the end.(back fill with mulch) The plants includes: 2 yucca clusters of 5- 1 yellow penda- 2/3 brown ti leafs,1 scrub cherry, there is some invasive vine covering the top of plants too tbat needs removing. Hi, I know there is a lot of work on at present due to damage from the cyclone, so this is not urgent, but I am after a quote and an approx date when a full 6-7 tree (at least) and a 0.5m stump, could be completely removed to ground level please? Simple access, but it is in the back yard, so will have to be carried in parts to the truck on the street.
I could not recommend Chris more highly. His work ethic and attention to detail was more than expected. I will definitely seek him, should I need any more tree removal. Five stars.
