Hi everyone, I need a professional to completely cut down and remove the tree at the front of my single-storey vacant house (as shown in the attached photo). IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. There is WATER connected at the property, but there is NO electricity. You must bring your own petrol-powered chainsaws, tools, and equipment. 2. There are NO green bins on-site for this massive amount of waste. You must completely load and dispose of all the branches and tree trunk off the property. 3. My budget is strictly $150 FIRM including everything. Please do not offer if you cannot do it for this total price. Scope of work includes: • Cut down the entire tree safely without damaging the house wall, roof, or ground lights. • Grind or cut the stump down as low to the ground/root level as possible. • Chop the wood and clear all green waste, branches, and leaves from the site. Leave the front yard completely clean. WASTE DISPOSAL: I have 2 small green bins on-site that you can use to pack the small leaves/branches. Remove a stump that appears to be from an old pot plant. Remove a hedge that is 2.5m tall by 2.7 m wide. See pictures for what the plants look like. I would like all the chopped up wood/branches/leaves to be left in a pile in the garden for use as mulch/compostable material. (The reason why I need these removed is so that I can dig the garden bed dirt out level with the concrete so that another contractor can install a sliding gate that will retract behind the fence in this location, but it needs clearance)
