Grind large gumtree stump. Access 90cm wide only

I have a small are of 10 m2 and a tree stump to be dug up. I have an electric jack hammer which makes the job quick and simple, but it is too heavy (20 kg) for me to operate myself. Maximum 2 hours of work, I will assist. Will need to remove several wheelbarrows of dug up earth.

Two golden cane clusters - fronds already gone and stumps cut down. One cluster cut back (you need a chainsaw) I will hire the stump grinder. Sorry no pics but the clusters are about 1m diameter.

Need help with grinding a stump!! It’s close to fence. You leave the area with the mulch. No clean up needed. The tree loppers didn’t grind the the stump that they were supposed to grind.

We have four golden cane palms and one ponytail palm that needs removing, along with their root systems. Two of the golden canes are next to our pool and are starting to pull up the pavers. We also have two philodendrons and a grevillea we would be happy to have removed at the same time.

Looking to remove/prune a tree to approx 2m to 2.5m of height (remove approx 4m on top) as it drops leaves in gutters and runs against the house in the wind. While tall, circumference at point of cut is only approx 50cm (diameter of 17cm). Access to the courtyard of my townhouse is via internal stairs only (1 flight).
