I need help in removing 3 stumps in my garden.

I have a palm tree in front yard that grows fruit pods - I require the pods to be trimmed off the tree (the trees about 20-30 metres high).

I need two trees cut back from the neighbouring property (left of photo). First Tree is about two / three stories high. There are some branches overhanging and brushing up against the neighbouring roof top (skinny tree in foreground of photo going over the top of the roof and white fence line).
