We have two tree stumps that we need removed. We have dug around the base of both the roots are too thick for our power tools. Both stumps are up against a wall. The access to the back yard is fine but has 15 stairs so a stump grinder or machinery that is too heavy to carry by hand is out. I’ve attached photos of the two stumps for reference
