I need these tree stumps removed or ground down

Remove a stump that appears to be from an old pot plant. Remove a hedge that is 2.5m tall by 2.7 m wide. See pictures for what the plants look like. I would like all the chopped up wood/branches/leaves to be left in a pile in the garden for use as mulch/compostable material. (The reason why I need these removed is so that I can dig the garden bed dirt out level with the concrete so that another contractor can install a sliding gate that will retract behind the fence in this location, but it needs clearance)

Trees and shrubs need to be pruned and trimmed. These need to be properly shaped and not the random cutting. Also there are very few weeds here and there which need to be cleaned off. These will be in front garden near trees and nature strip.

Have 2 x small yucca stumps that need chainsawsed down to ground level please. Not a big job (should take 10 - 15 minutes) but not worth me buying a chainsaw. As close to ground as possible. I will dispose of the waste. Thankyou :)
