Need a stump removed for a gate to be installed

Description: Looking for an experienced gardener or landscaper to complete a full yard clean-up and tree removal at my home in Cheltenham. Scope of work: Cut down and remove front yard tree (care required around power lines). Basic mowing and edging where required. Weeding in front of house (small area only) Trim lemon tree and remove small tree next to it. Remove short tree near hot water unit. Remove hedge in front of house and make good of the garden patch at this location. Trim tree hedge off deck (keep it, just tidy up). Trim branches away from house and roofline. Remove ivy from fence and brick wall. Remove small garden bed near wall and flatten area for mowing. Remove ferns down the side of house. Remove plants down the side of driveway. Remove all green waste and debris. Remove excess soil including driveway pile (optional if over budget). Stump removal or grinding (optional if over budget). Leave all areas clean, flat, and ready for turf or mowing. Budget: $1,500 total Budget is negotiable depending on soil volume and stump grinding. Requirements: Must have tools and trailer. We have around 10x tree stumps to remove which have already been sawn and poisoned. Tree stumps are various sizes from around 10cm diameter to 25cm diameter. Ideally would remove stumps and roots which should be easy to pull out once roots have been sawn from the stump
