Hi! We're getting married on Friday, 2 July 2027 at Hillstone St Lucia in Brisbane and are looking for an affordable videographer to capture our special day. We're hoping for approximately 8–10 hours of filming, covering key moments such as the ceremony, speeches, candid interactions and reception celebrations. We're very open to newer videographers, emerging creatives, students or experienced filmmakers interested in wedding work. We don't necessarily need an elaborate cinematic production or extensive editing. We're happy to keep the arrangement simple and receive the original footage, with any editing quoted separately. If you have a junior videographer, trainee or mentee who would like to come along to gain experience, we'd also be happy to consider having them as a second camera operator for a smaller additional fee. Could you please let us know: Your most competitive all-inclusive quote for one videographer for 8 hours, and separately for 10 hours. Whether you have an additional junior videographer or mentee available, and their separate additional fee. Whether original footage is included. Whether ceremony and speeches audio recording is included. Whether there are any extra travel, GST, equipment or platform fees. Whether you're available on our wedding date. We'd love to see examples of your video work if available. Thank you very much! We look forward to hearing from you.
