Waitering/ waitressing at an afternoon Christmas party

This is an afternoon family drinks party in our home on Sunday 13 December, we would need help from just before 2pm until probably 6pm/ 7pm. Duties would be - opening the door, taking coats/ presents, handing out drinks, topping up drinks, some clearing up empties/ rubbish, maybe some simple 'putting bought canapes in the oven' type work, giving coats back etc.
