First two doors need swapping out and need a lock fitting to it. Glass door needs to be moved to the bottom of the stairs case and needs fitting there and lock needs adding and maybe frames to fill in gap. Toilet door needs a lock. Toilet sink, shower and toilet needs something to hold it tight in place, they all work fine but just needs holding in place. Toilet light used to work but not anymore which needs fixing. Lastly the toilet needs something to stop water going out of the shower area on the floor maybe a rubber stopper to stop the water flowing out.
