Report for Insurance

My insurance company is saying their builders report said my gate was not damaged by hail storm , so it’s not covered. My gate blew inside out and has bent the gate and broke the welding of a hinge and bent the stop supports. I need a report to say this was caused by the high winds during the storm. Shouldn’t take too long to draft up a quick report. I can email you the photos if you need also. And happy to help in any way.
