We have noticed that one of the wardrobe shelves is coming loose, and some screws are sticking out. We are concerned that the shelf, along with the items stored on it, could fall and cause an accident. We would also like to request that the doors be unlocked so we can use them properly. We would appreciate it if someone could come and inspect these issues and arrange the necessary repairs as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
