Clean demolish stuff and clear area with spreadin

We have approximately 5 acres of land, most of which is already cleared. However, we need the entire property thoroughly cleaned and cleared of all remaining debris. There was previously a house on the property that has been demolished. Most of the demolition waste has been burnt, but some debris and old materials still need to be removed. We estimate approximately 2–3 truckloads of waste, although this may vary. There are also 7–8 large piles of dirt, now covered with grass and weeds, which need to be levelled and spread across the driveway areas. Other parts of the property have scattered bricks, timber and miscellaneous debris that also need to be removed. This job requires an experienced operator with suitable machinery, such as a Bobcat, excavator or loader with a large bucket. We strongly prefer someone who can inspect the property before accepting the job, so the full scope of work is clear and there are no misunderstandings about the requirements or costs. Our expectation is to have the entire property properly cleared, levelled where required, and left clean and tidy. We would like the work completed as soon as possible.
