Looking for an experienced plasterer to sheet, flush, and skim coat our renovated kitchen, laundry, and toilet area. Electrical rough-in acomplete. Framing is ready for sheeting. Scope of Work: Architrave Removal: remove remaining timber architraves around specified doorways/openings prior to plastering. Plaster Sheeting (New Framing): Sheet new cavity slider pocket door frames (kitchen to laundry / hallway side). Sheet new half-wall partition framing between kitchen and living area. Sheet wall voids where old linings were removed. Patching & Flush-Joining: Patch around electrical cutouts and rough-in zones. Flush-join new plasterboard cleanly into existing sound plaster walls/ceilings. Skim Coating & Finishing: Skim coat damaged wall sections where tile adhesive and old splashbacks were removed in the kitchen. Finish all joints, external corners, and internal corners paint-ready (sanded and smooth). Details: Ground floor residential house in Seaford. Easy access and clear workspace.
