Painting of 22 balcony soffit. Balcony tiles have been replaced including waterproofing. Bottom of balconies need painted. Paint will be supplied. Balcony inside is 3600 mm x 1400 mm. Ledge is 220 mm high, with last the 600 mm against building rising to 1040 mm high.
