Looking for an experienced professional cleaner for a thorough, detailed deep clean of a two-storey commercial office and studio space. We want this done to a very high standard. If we are happy with the results, there is strong potential for regular ongoing maintenance cleans (monthly) Please review the detailed layout and requirements below: STAIRS: • Metal Stairs: Spray and wipe down or mop the metal stairs connecting the two levels, including the handrail. UPSTAIRS (2 Rooms): • Room 1 (Office): Detailed dust, wipe, and sanitisation of all flat surfaces (desks, shelves, sills). Deep vacuuming of carpets. • Room 2 (Lounge Room): • Remove couch cushions to thoroughly vacuum inside/underneath the couches. • Vacuum the bean bags and the main carpeted floor area. • Wipe down any side tables or flat surfaces. • Glass: Detailed, streak-free clean of 9 internal glass panels plus the internal office windows. DOWNSTAIRS: • Kitchenette: Deep clean of countertops, splashbacks, sink, and taps. Deep clean the inside and outside of the microwave. Wipe down other external appliance surfaces. • Toilet/Bathroom: Deep clean and sanitise the toilet, sink, and mirror. Mop the concrete floor. (Walls do not need scrubbing). • Kitchen & Small Studio Space: Vacuum the floors. Note: The floors here are plastic garage flooring, so they are very straightforward and easy to vacuum. Important Notes for Taskers: • Equipment: You must bring all your own commercial-grade cleaning supplies, microfibres, a mop, and a powerful vacuum with upholstery attachments. • Timing: Please let me know your availability for weekdays this week or next week.
