Experienced Professional End-of-Lease Cleaner Required Friday 13 Nov, 9–9:30am. Ground floor, easy access, on-site parking. Full professional bond clean to real estate inspection standards. Experienced end-of-lease cleaners ONLY. Full cleaning scope: Kitchen: Oven, rangehood, stovetop, dishwasher, sink, splashback, benchtops, all cupboards/drawers inside and out. Bathroom: Shower, screens, grout, tiles, toilet, vanity, mirrors, cupboards, exhaust vents. Bedrooms/living: Wardrobes, shelves, doors, frames, skirting boards, light switches, wall spot-cleaning, cobwebs, accessible vents and light fittings. Laundry: Tub, cupboards, fixtures, floors. Throughout: Vacuum/mop all floors, internal windows, sills, tracks, sliding doors and frames. Additional inclusions: * 8 sets of plantation shutters – clean every slat and frame. * 2 large external windows – ground floor, easy access. MANDATORY CONDITIONS: * Proven professional bond-cleaning experience. * Own equipment and products. * Thorough clean meeting real estate inspection standards. * 7-day FREE return visit to rectify any cleaning issues identified by the agent within the agreed scope. * Before/after photos required.
