Laminate Flooring Installation – Flat Landing I’m looking for an experienced flooring installer to lay laminate flooring in the central landing area of my flat. The landing connects two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and lounge. * One bedroom already has laminate flooring, which I would like continued into the landing, ideally matching the existing flooring. * The second bedroom and lounge are carpeted. * The bathroom and kitchen are tiled. * There are also two carpeted storage cupboards. I will need suitable transition strips/joiner bars fitted where the laminate meets the existing carpet and tiles. I haven’t purchased these, so ideally the tasker can supply them. I’m happy to pay for additional materials separately. There is also a storage heater on the landing which will need to be temporarily disconnected and moved to allow the flooring to be installed, then reinstalled afterwards. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can arrange this safely, using a qualified electrician if required. Please include any additional costs in your quote. I’m looking for neat, professional finishing and would like the work completed by 30 November 2026 at the latest. Please include your experience, availability and estimated cost.
