We are seeking an experienced residential painter to prepare and repaint the internal walls throughout our two-storey, four-bedroom townhouse. We want a fresh, consistent warm neutral white finish throughout. Areas / measurements: All internal wall surfaces in bedrooms, living/dining, kitchen, entry, hallways, stairwell, ground-floor bedroom/study, laundry and powder room where applicable. Prepare surfaces by filling minor nail holes and dents, sanding and repairing minor cracks. Identify areas requiring stain-blocking primer or additional preparation. Prime/seal where needed and apply the appropriate number of finish coats for even coverage. Include cutting-in around windows, doors, cornices, skirting and fixtures. Clean up and remove painting waste. Identify substantial plaster damage or moisture-affected areas separately rather than painting over them.
