We’re looking for an experienced Instagram Growth Specialist who knows how to genuinely grow business accounts and build a strong online presence. This isn’t just a content posting role. We want someone who understands how to grow accounts, create viral opportunities and build an engaged audience. Your responsibilities: * Develop and execute an Instagram growth strategy. * Grow our account organically and consistently. * Create high-performing Reels and engaging content strategies. * Research trending audio, formats and industry opportunities. * Improve reach, engagement and follower growth. * Understand analytics and report on measurable results. * Position Clean Owl as a leading premium cleaning brand. * Generate genuine business enquiries through Instagram. What we’re looking for: * Proven experience growing Instagram accounts. * Demonstrated results with previous clients. * Strong understanding of Instagram’s algorithm. * Experience with premium brands, interiors, architecture, property or lifestyle is highly desirable. * Creative, proactive and results-driven.
