We're looking for a reliable cleaner for an initial trial, with the hope of arranging regular monthly cleans (approxi. 2 hours per visit). We're after basic general cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping and wiping down surfaces, with a little extra attention given to one area on a rotating basis (e.g. a more thorough kitchen clean one month, bathroom the next). Our home has one small bathroom, a separate toilet and laundry, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Bedrooms generally won't need cleaning, apart from occasional vacuuming in one bedroom. We're looking for someone who can help us maintain the house with manageable, regular cleans rather than spending hours deep-cleaning everything at once. This is not an end-of-lease or full deep clean, just an initial trial to find someone suitable for ongoing cleaning.
