Job Overview Team: 2 or 3 person team Duration: 4–5 hrs Scope: Top-to-bottom deep scrub & deodorise of a 4-storey close (4 landings, 3 stair flights) + front & back entrances. Utilities: Hot water & power from Flat 2/2 (2nd floor). TASKS 1. Ceilings, Lights, & Pipes (Inside & Out) Dry-brush/vacuum cobwebs, bugs & dust from ceilings (2.48m), corners, overhead pipes, wall boxes & porch lights FIRST, then damp-wipe ceilings. 2. Windows (x3) & Glass Doors Clean 3 landing windows (168x133cm) & front/back glass doors + top glass panels inside & out. Scrub white frames, sills & inside window. 3. Walls, Ledges, Railings & Doors Wash red/white walls. Use something like Magic Erasers stubborn scuffs and stains. Wipe down red doors and top edges of door frames. Clean and disinfect handrails, entry handles/push plates, metal intercom & all red cupboard doors. Clean Flat 2/2 door ONLY. (Do not touch the other 7 flat doors) 4. Concrete Stairs & Floors (Heavy Scrub) Vacuum grit first, then heavy-scrub deep clean all landings, steps, & corners using stiff brushes. Mop down changing the water on Every floor. 5. Front & Back Entrances Heavy-scrub front & back concrete steps, platforms & corners. Wash outside walls, rails WHAT TO BRING Vacuum (brush nozzle) + 15m extension lead, cobweb pole, stiff deck/corner brushes, mop/buckets, Wet Floor signs, pole squeegee, glass scraper, appropriate cleaning detergents/chemicals and potentially something like Magic Erasers for stubborn stains/scuffs.
