Gyprock Ceiling Joint Repair & Levelling – Approx. 18m, No Painting

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to repair a long, straight, raised/uneven line in my Gyprock ceiling in Kellyville. It runs from the study at the front of the house towards the rear family area, approximately 18–20 linear metres, subject to on-site measurement. Photos are attached. Please quote for: * Inspecting the ceiling and identifying the cause, including checking for loose sheets or failed fixings. * Re-securing the plasterboard where necessary and addressing the underlying issue. * Removing loose joint compound or tape and re-taping where required. * Applying and feathering joint compound, then sanding the entire affected run to achieve a flat, smooth, even finish, ready for painting. No painting is required. But please give me quote with painting and without it. Actually there are some places with this issue Please provide a fixed quote covering labour, materials, all necessary visits, cleanup and GST if applicable. Please clearly identify any plasterboard replacement or additional work required. I also require a written workmanship guarantee. Please state its duration and whether it covers the repaired joint cracking or becoming uneven again.
