Replace deteriorated sections/lengths of box gutter where corrosion is beyond serviceable repair, with remaining affected areas appropriately treated where suitable. • Remove accumulated debris and thoroughly clean the box gutter and associated rainhead outlets. • Replace deteriorated sealant to box gutter joints, parapet flashings and cappings. • Re-seal the satellite dish penetration and associated roof fixings. • Repair or replace the localised trauma-damaged section of Klip-Lok roof sheeting to the rear left-side roof area.
