I'm looking for an experienced timber floor sander to sand and refinish approximately 70 m² of existing timber flooring in an empty house in Belrose. Areas include the lounge, dining, kitchen, family room, entry and hallway (floor plan attached). I'd like a light, natural/raw timber look with an ultra-matte finish. I don't want a floor that will go orange or reddish over time or needs regular polishing or complicated maintenance. Preference for premium commercial-grade water-based polyurethane, such as Bona Traffic HD Raw or LOBA 2K InvisibleProtect, using the manufacturer's recommended coating system. I need the work completed before Saturday 21 November. Could you please advise your availability, the estimated cost, how many coats you'd recommend, and how long the floors need before furniture can be moved in?
