Fix loose hot tap on bath/shower mixer

I need someone to repair my bathroom mixer tap, which also connects to the shower hose. The hot water handle on the left is very loose and difficult to operate. Once turned on, it can be almost impossible to turn off again. Please quote to inspect and repair it, and let me know if any replacement parts will cost extra.
