Leak is from handle only when tap is running. Tap is Magnet Norrie (2019). Replace cold valve cartridge only (have bought part) OR replace full mixer tap if needed (have bought a very similar tap from eBay, the Wickes Vittoria Mono Mixer). Can isolate supply, see pictures taken under sink
