I have a Logic+ Combi boiler from 2018 (serial number starting ADW) which has regularly been serviced and is working fine. However the Ideal Connect Touch wireless thermostat stopped working reliably and Ideal have recommended this was replaced by a Smart Interface and Halo. I purchased these and they have been fitted by the company who service my boiler. I can create the heating demand on the thermostat / on my phone and the Smart Interface LED will light accordingly. The problem is that the boiler does not fire in response to the Smart Interface. I can only run the heating continuously by turning the dial on the boiler itself. - Smart Interface is communicating correctly with the Ideal Halo Combi Wifi Control - Halo Combi Wi-Fi is connecting correctly to the internet - If I adjust temperature via Halo Combi Wifi, flame symbol appears and the boiler light goes on/off on the Smart Interface I have documentation from Ideal and have tried adding link wire connections but no success. Perhaps there is someone familiar with these systems - the company that fitted the interface for me aren’t familiar with ideal boilers and halo and so don’t want to involve themselves further. If so, it could be relatively straightforward. Very happy to answer further questions. Btw I have just repressurised the boiler!
