Cleaning includes: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom Kitchen, including oven, stovetop and rangehood Living room and general end of lease cleaning Inside cupboards, drawers and wardrobes Skirting boards, doors, window sills and accessible surfaces Vacuuming and mopping all floors Carpet steam cleaning – 3 bedrooms + 1 living room Property Condition: House is in normal, well-maintained condition. No heavy cleaning expected. Cleaner Requirements: Independent contractors or family-run cleaning teams ONLY. Must have proven end of lease cleaning experience. Must be honest, reliable and have good attention to detail. Must bring all cleaning equipment, supplies and a carpet steam cleaning machine. Must be able to issue an invoice. Must be willing to return for a re-clean if any issues are reported with the completed work. Budget is strictly $390 including GST. Offers above this amount won't be considered.
