Looking for an experienced, reliable and thorough end-of-lease cleaning professional or team to clean our rental property in Mornington, VIC. Property details: * 5 bedrooms * 2 bathrooms * 1 powder room * Open-plan kitchen, living and dining area * Single garage Cleaning requirements: Kitchen * Thorough cleaning of oven, stovetop and rangehood * Cleaning inside and outside cupboards and drawers * Benchtops, splashbacks and sink * Cleaning all accessible surfaces Bathrooms and Powder Room * Showers, screens, bathtubs (if applicable), toilets and basins * Mirrors, vanities, tiles and fittings * Removal of soap scum and general buildup Bedrooms and Living Areas * Cleaning built-in wardrobes and cupboards * Skirting boards, doors, door frames and light switches * Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces * Vacuuming and cleaning floors * Spot cleaning walls where required Windows and General Areas * Internal windows, tracks and window sills * Accessible internal glass doors * Laundry cleaning * General dusting and cobweb removal * Garage sweep and general tidy Requirements: * Experienced in end-of-lease/bond cleaning * Must supply own cleaning equipment and products * High attention to detail * Able to provide an invoice or receipt * Preferably offers a return clean if the property manager identifies any cleaning issues The property will be vacant and ready for cleaning.
