Dressmaker to copy but not deconstruct an existing shift dress.

One option is to create a paper pattern and then sew it myself. Second option is to create a paper pattern and the dressmaker to sew it. I have the linen material and the buttons already. The dress is sleeveless with 5 cm width straps and a square neckline. The front of the dress has four panels and approximately 9 buttons from top to the bottom of the nearly knee length dress. The back has three panels with a martingale belt in the centre panel. I do want a fitting and to make slight adjustments so the new dress can fit a little better. This may require an added side zip.
