Cold caller / appointment setter

We're a Melbourne decorative finishes company specialising in Venetian plaster, polished plaster, microcement and limewash. We work with high-end builders, architects and designers across Toorak, South Yarra, Brighton, Hawthorn and the Mornington Peninsula. We're looking for a confident, friendly Melbourne-based caller to phone a supplied list of builders and book short introductory meetings or sample drop-offs for the owner. What you'll do: • Call builders and reach the right person (director, site manager or estimator) • Use the script and training pack we provide to introduce us and ask about upcoming projects • Book meetings or sample drop-offs in the owner's calendar • Log brief notes on every call: who you spoke to, the outcome and any follow-up Who we're after: • Phone experience in sales, business development or appointment setting • Background in building, trades, building supplies or architecture is a big plus • Clear, professional, natural phone manner and good Australian English • Reliable and organised Details: • Initial batch of about 10 builders, with more work if it goes well • Paid hourly or per meeting booked, open to discussion • Flexible business hours, work from home
