Carpenter Needed for Wood Deck and Balcony Banister Repairs

1) Wood deck floor panel and bottom step repair/ replacement (1-2 floor panels and 1 step). 2) Wood balcony banister repair/ replace loose banister posts (10-14 front side wood banister posts need securing or replacing - 910L X 30W X 30D). Looking for cost-effective repairs not extensive renovation repair as we plan on renovating the house in the future. The work should address safety concerns.
