1. Check and replace a few roof tiles 2. Check and replace fitted wardrobe hinges 3. Fill up hole in kitchen above boiler and make good. 4. Box in boiler. 5. Put lock on back gate 6. Fix skirting in kitchen. 7. Arrange for kitchen extractor to flow outside properly and not recirculate air inside.
