The balustrade is within my lot under the plan of subdivision - Owners corporation approval obtained, and no planning permit is required - Estimated cost of works: under $10,000 What I need - An initial view on what you'll require - Assessment and issue of the building permit - Mandatory inspections and the certificate of final inspection - if you think necessary, recommendation for a structural engineer to design the extension and fixings for wind load.
