Our Hoover H-Wash 300 washing machine is stuck in a corrupted software loop (Demo Mode). Interestingly, the Start/Pause touch button works perfectly fine when the dial is turned to Wi-Fi mode, but it goes completely unresponsive on manual wash cycles. It looks like the main electronic control board (PCB) needs to be factory reset, reflashed, or replaced. Hoover corporate wants an absolute fortune to look at it.
