Airbnb Turn Over Cleaner - Ongoing

Hi, I own and manage a full-time Airbnb apartment in Newstead and am looking for a reliable cleaner to take over turnovers starting early next week (Monday)The apartment is consistently booked so you can expect approximately 2-3 cleans per week. I have clear standards and will provide full training, along with a detailed cleaning manual including photos and checklists. The apartment is a small 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom with no balcony, making it quick and straightforward to clean—typically around 1.5 hours per turnover plus washing linens. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided onsite. Your role would include washing linens, making beds and light ironing to ensure a clean, crisp finish. I’m looking for someone consistent and reliable for ongoing work. If you work with a partner and want to share the cleans, I’m happy to train both of you, as bookings can fall across any day of the week. Please let me know your availability, suitability for regular work, and your rate as a flat rate as we pay pert turn over including the linens washed for next turnover (must be on the books for expense claims). Happy to answer any questions. Thanks!
