Hi, I'm a 41 y/o male looking to learn free style swimming. I'm relatively fit and I can swim breaststroke for about 25 meters. However I cannot swim free style at all. I have access to a 25 meter swim pool and I'm keen to practice at least 3 hours a week in additional to the lessons.
