Have a heated indoor pool. I'm looking for a swim instructor to help me to feel comfortable swimming freestyle for longer with the goal of eventually swimming 400m. I have taken adult swim lessons before and know how to swim freestyle and breaststroke but I'm not very comfortable in the water and feel anxious if my head is underwater after one lap

I am looking for a Swimming coach. I’m keen to improve my swimming technique and build towards a more efficient 2-minute pace for distance swims. At the moment, my PB sits around 2:45, and while I’m decently strong in freestyle, I’m looking to refine that further through technique, drill work and also improve in the other strokes where I’m much less confident. My main goals are to develop better technique, increase endurance, and ideally become more well-rounded across all strokes.
