5 Waiters in South Melbourne

15th August from 5.30pm in South Melbourne. Must be over 18. Waiter needed for a small function of approximately 40 people. 2 other waiters have already been assigned but I require a third. Must have experience opening champagne bottles, corked wine bottles and pouring wine/champagne as you will be manning a bar. $25/phr. Finish time approximately 9pm. Parking available. Potential for ongoing work.

Looking for a professional waiter with experience to assist with a series of 8-10 person dinners at a property display suite in South Melbourne. Must be over 18. Payment is $30 p/hr. First dinner is on the 4th of June (next Tuesday night). I would like to trial someone and if they seem well-suited then continue to use them. I will need someone for a total of 30 dinners spread over the next 10 months. Each typically goes for anywhere between 3-6 hours. We host other property-related events regularly so there is ample opportunity for regular work. Please inform me of some of your experience as a waiter when responding to the task. Will need someone who is comfortable taking orders, opening and serving wine, talking to our guests and can hold 3 large plates.
