Would require cutting some sandwiches - passing these around, along with dips and nibbles I will have made. The theme is 1960s so it’s not fancy food. I have ordered hot roast beef which will be sliced. This will be warm when I pick it up around 6pm. I’ll need food layed out - guests will make their own hot roast beef rolls. Coleslaw and buns provided. Birthday cake will need to be cut. And then clean up. Not a lot involved. I believe two people needed.
