We want you to help us serve drinks on the boat as well (and help move eskies etc. onto the boat), so factor into your pricing that you are either heading home from circular quay or you’ll need to transport yourself back to Darling Point if you drive there to start the shift. Reasonably relaxed afternoon with circa 40 guests, serving beer/wine/champagne.
